Q: How do I find my nail size?  

A: With a Heaven Sent sizing kit! Once you purchase the set you want, I'll send you a sizing kit.

Q: What comes with my purchase? 

A: Your desired set, a complimentary application kit that includes everything you need to apply your Heaven Sent press on nails and some cute freebies! 

Q: How many nails come in a set?

A: Each set includes 10 nails. 

Q: How long will my press on nails last?

A: They can last anywhere from a couple days - 2 weeks! It all depends on how you apply them and how rough/heavy handed you are with your nails. Always remember your nails are JEWELS not tools! For longer lasting nails please follow the instructions included in your order. Take your glue with you EVERYWHERE you go! You never know what can happen and having extra glue is never a bad idea <3 

Q: Is it possible to purchase a single nail in case I lose one?

A: Absolutely! Replacement nails are always available for purchase. 

Q: How long is the processing & shipping time?

A: Processing your order can take anywhere from 5-14 business days. All sets are made to order, hand-painted, and shipped by me therefore your patience is greatly appreciated <3 Shipping time will depend on your location and your shipping preference. Shipping fee will be calculated at check out.

Q: Do you offer refunds or returns?

A: Considering sanitary reasons and the fact that all nails are hand crafted, all sales are final, meaning I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Thank you for understanding. 

 Q: Are the nails reusable?

A: Yes! with proper care you can definitely reuse your Heaven Sent pressies! All you need to do is buff the back of the nail to remove as much left over glue as possible then you can reapply them!
